Dr. Peter Gorman has nearly 40 years of experience in education and executive leadership, supporting school district leaders and boards nationwide. A former superintendent of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, he led the district to win the 2011 Broad Prize for Urban Education. He has also served as a teacher, principal, and district administrator in Florida and California. Dr. Gorman co-founded The Forum for Educational Leadership and serves as Chief in Residence for Chiefs for Change. He is the author of Leading a School District Requires Clarity, Context, and Candor and has contributed to multiple books and publications on school leadership and reform.
John Antonetti, a former Director of K-12 Curriculum in the Sheridan School District, AR, is a passionate advocate for experiential education, emphasizing real-world problem-solving in cooperative learning environments. With teaching experience across all grade levels, he has also served as a gifted program supervisor and worked with nationally recognized, Broad Prize-winning districts on systemic writing programs, student engagement, and high-yield instructional practices. A sought-after keynote speaker known for his humor and storytelling, John co-founded Colleagues on Call, developing tools like Look 2 Learning and PLC 4 Real to support educators. He is also the author of Writing as a Measure and Model of Thinking and co-author of Focus on Learning.

Yes! If you elected to drive to TNI your hotel parking will be covered. Please see additional parking details for your event in your confirmation email.

Unfortunately, a direct flight cannot be guaranteed. However, our third-party travel agency will collaborate with you to choose the most suitable flight for your needs.

The reimbursement rate is $0.655/mile to a maximum of $550 (about 840 miles).
You'll receive a reimbursement link at the TNI conference. Kindly retain all receipts and submit a photo of each receipt when completing your reimbursement form.
Unfortunately, Carnegie Learning does not offer reimbursement for checked luggage.
We aim to complete the processing and delivery of reimbursements within 30 days after receiving the submitted form.
