Assignment

Every lesson has an Assignment that will typically be assigned as homework.

The assignment incorporates five key components: Write, Remember, Practice, Stretch and Review. 

In the Write portion, you will be asked to reflect on an important aspect of your learning during the lesson.

In the Remember portion, you will be given a very brief summary of the most important takeaways from the lesson.

In the Practice portion, you will have an opportunity to demonstrate mastery by completing math tasks that represent the most important content from the lesson.

In the Stretch portion, you are provided a math task that extends the math content in the lesson. This section is intended as a challenge and is typically considered optional.

In the Review portion, you are provided spiraled practice of math from previous lessons.

Note: Student assignments, in the Digital Lesson Materials are assignable, which means that you will have access to the assignment once it has been assigned to you.
