REPORTS CAN NOW BE FILTERED BY STUDENT GROUPS

REPORTS CAN NOW BE FILTERED BY STUDENT GROUPS

We've updated the Course and Standards Reports’ functionality to allow sorting by student groups.

1. From the Class Detail (By Student) screen for either the Course Report or Standards Report, you will now see the Student Group drop-down menu located beneath the Performance and Usage (minutes) tabs.
   
   
   
   Note: The Student Group drop-down menu will appear even if there are no groups associated with your class, as shown in the example.
   
    
2. To sort the report by Student Group, use the drop-down menu to select the group(s) you wish to review.
   
   
   
   Note: Once you select the group(s), click outside of the drop-down menu on the main screen to activate the filter. You will then only see the students associated with the selected group(s).
   
    
3. Hovering over a Student Name link will show you which group(s) that student is associated with from your selection.
   
   
   
   Note: In the example, the pop-up shows that the student is associated with Group 1.
