We're helping to bring quality computer science education to underserved classrooms.
We are thrilled to announce that we are bringing Zulama, our project-based computer science course software, to 20 classrooms in underserved communities for free as part of the #CSforALL Movement!
CSforALL works to enable all students in grades K-12 to achieve computer science literacy as an integral part of their educational experience, a mission that we share here at Carnegie Learning. Proto goes well beyond teaching students how to code—it helps them become makers, creators, and critical thinkers through project-based learning. Schools can use Proto to transform their classrooms into dynamic, 21st-century learning environments, and to enhance student achievement in pathways like CTE, CSEd, STEM Electives, and core course integrations.
Carnegie Learning is helping students learn why, not just what. Born from more than 30 years of learning science research at Carnegie Mellon University, the company has become a recognized leader in the ed tech space, using artificial intelligence, formative assessment, and adaptive learning to deliver groundbreaking solutions to education’s toughest challenges. With the highest quality offerings for K-12 math, ELA, literacy, world languages, professional learning and more, Carnegie Learning is changing the way we think about education, fostering learning that lasts.
