EdNET 2007 Impact Award

The Heller Reports, a QED company and leading provider of education market news and events, announced that Carnegie Learning is a finalist for the EdNET 2007 Impact Award. The EdNET Impact Award recognizes the organization that has made the most significant impact on education through quality educational support and instructional resources. This is the second year in a row that Carnegie Learning has been honored with this recognition.


2007 CODiE Awards

Carnegie Learning's Cognitive Tutor Algebra I curriculum is the winner of the Software & Information Industry Association's (SIIA) 2007 CODiE Award for the Best K-12 Instruction Solution. In addition, our Bridge to Algebra curriculum (submitted in the same category) came in second place. The SIIA CODiE awards program highlights achievement and vision in education, technology, software and digital content.

Eddie Awards 2006

Carnegie Learning’s Bridge to Algebra software has been awarded ComputED Gazette’s 2006 EDDIE Award for the Middle School Math Award category. The EDDIE Award is an Educational Software Review Award sponsored by ComputED Learning Center, San Diego's leading computer education resource. Awards targeted innovative and content-rich programs and websites which provide parents and teachers with the technology to foster educational excellence - including augmenting the classroom curriculum and improving teacher productivity. Winners are selected from titles submitted by software publishers around the world.

Selection is based on academic content, potential for broad classroom use, technical merit, and subject approach and management system. All submitted titles are made available to school districts, teachers, and the public through ComputED and the Educational Software Preview Service of San Diego Center for Educational Technology (a nonprofit organization).

For the second year in a row, Carnegie Learning's Cognitive Tutor Curricula were recognized by the eSchool News Readers' Choice Award. Carnegie Learning's Bridge to Algebra, Algebra I and Geometry products all placed in the top 5 in the categories for which they were nominated:
