Carnegie Learning's technical and instructional support teams are available to answer customer questions via e-mail, the Internet and our exclusive toll-free help line.
Our software and technology specialists are available to help you with installation, upgrade, networking and other technical issues. Our instructional specialists are always happy to consult with you to answer pedagogical, classroom management, content and other curriculum questions.
Additionally, our Carnegie Learning Resource Center is available to all of our registered teachers and administrators. Through the community, customers can gain access to assessments, discussion forums, technical support, and various other Cognitive Tutor educational materials. In addition, customers can download software updates, installer files, and access serial numbers for all of their Carnegie Learning products.
